The research in citrus still has not been able to come up with a complete solution for the industry’s need for a red outside-red inside orange variety. In the meantime Cara Cara is filling the gap. Although, it looks like a regular navel orange from the outside, Cara Cara’s ruby red flesh and tangy aroma make it a unique fruit. As in the case of all unique fruits Cara Cara was able to carve itself a place especially in Russia and China. Available mostly in 75-90mm.

Recommended period for export is week 51 to week 5.
