Description
Interdonato has low juice content, thick skin, but has long shelf life and performs really well in long period transportation. It can travel easily to markets in 4-5 week distance. As it is the better export performer among the early lemon varieties, Interdonato draws major interest from lemon buyers all over the world. The Interdonato tree, however, is highly sensitive to cold temperatures therefore yield per season is extremely volatile causing major speculations in price and quantity. Abundant sizes differ from year to year.
Available week 38 through week 52, our recommended period for export is between week 39 and week 48.
